The Beta 2S camper van is perfect for 2 people who are looking for a cheap, easy-to-drive sleeper van.
Unlike the Beta or Alpha vehicle, there are only 2 seats, the rear seat has been removed. This means that you simply have significantly more space and storage space in the interior and can move better. In addition, the vehicle is often somewhat younger than the other two variants and has a slightly newer and better interior.
If you are looking for a small camper for two for little money, the Beta 2S is a reliable vehicle for a road trip through Australia. The driving experience is very pleasant and resembles that of a normal car, also thanks to the automatic transmission. Especially for inexperienced and young drivers, this is certainly a plus when driving in Australia on the left.
The lack of a rear seat gives you more space inside the vehicle, but of course this is limited. However, you can even store a suitcase here, backpacks fit under the bed anyway. It is also helpful that there are sliding doors on both sides, which makes you more flexible. In the evening, a bed (1.40 m x 1.90 m) is built up inside, which can also be extended by an awning on the trunk. This gives you more space and improves air circulation.
The kitchen at the rear of the vehicle includes a small 15L refrigerator, a 2-burner portable gas stove, some storage space for food and all associated kitchen utensils and a 20L water tank.
Like the standard beta version, the Beta 2S has 2 USB spots where you can conveniently charge your smartphones, tablets, etc.
The Beta 2S is particularly popular with backpackers who do not want to use the absolute budget vehicles.
For everyone who gets along with little space in the vehicle, who is more likely to be outside and primarily uses the vehicle for sleeping, the Beta 2S offers a great solution. In addition, there is more money to discover as the Beta 2S is one of the cheapest MiniCamper in Australia.
From the age of 18 you can rent the vehicle and embark on an adventure. We think the Beta 2S is a great variant for minimalist holidaymakers who want to be outdoors for the most part.
