Vivo Campervans is a small, privately owned company that has been offering one premium class vehicle model for up to 6 people since 2017. The company started buying two Vivo Weka models in 2017. In 2018, three more models of this type were bought. Before the 2020/21 season, all models ran less than 40,000 kilometers, most of them even significantly less. With the rental of a Weka motorhome you get a new RV with an interior that is second to none in the 6 berth-segment.
The insurance conditions are extremely fair and the full cover insurance with 0 NZD deductible in the event of a claim is very cheap at NZD 40 / day compared to other companies. Vivo allows gravel roads to be used if they are in good condition. The diesel tax (Road User Charge) is already included in the rental price. So there are no further costs for the tenant on-site making this choice very transparent. Credit card fees are not charged either.
As the company is growing, there is no depot in Christchurch. From a rental period of 21 days, however, pick-up or drop-off in Christchurch can be agreed.
