Allow enough time to stay within the staggered time window of a cancellation or rebooking. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation declaration by the rental company. It is therefore important to note the rental company's opening times in addition to the different time zones. It is the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of CamperOasis to ensure that the notice of withdrawal is given to the rental company on time. Therefore, please ensure that you inform the rental company in writing - by email - about your cancellation. The email address of the respective company can be found on the booking confirmation. In the event of a rebooking or cancellation please always put us in copy.
