If you behave politely as a customer, you should be able to deal with a corresponding, humane answer. However, if there is a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, you should not feel immidiately offended. Here, the training of the staff is plain and simple. A factor that, in our opinion, is negligible if you on the other hand get a good price / performance ratio. In addition, due to the large fleet, Happy Campers often has a high-roof camper available when other companies are already fully booked.
